I have a NORSE deity named after me. Or rather, I now share the same name with a male deity. Sweeeeeeeeet. Minus the male bit but how cool is that!! ( That is rhetoric because I can be a geek about things) So obviously, because studying is not a huge incentive, I went to do more research.

and this is what I discovered

Vasud Teutonic The icy wind. Father of Vindsual who is also the icy wind. These winds were set in motion of by the giant Hraesvelger

So two more people I can identify in my quest to discover my godly alter ego.

Vindsual Teutonic Icy wind who is the son of Vasud, the icy wind and the father of Winter, the eternal opponent of Summer

Hraesvelger Teutonic Winter God. He directs the icy winds of Vasud that cause discomfort and possibly death to mortals. He dresses in eagle feathers.

Nice. My boss is sadist who's got quirky dress habits. On the other hand, my son doesn't seem to have made enough of a mark, seeing that he has to ride on my coattails.

And the website is called Sapphiremoon, so I wouldn't really say it inspires confidence in its credibility**, especially with its editor called Aeris Fiama. So as a good netizen, I decided to consult the great oracle of the internet and I wiki-ed my nickname. And I got a comprehensive list of Norse gods and goddess.

with no name called Vasud.
and therein ended my quest to find my godly attributes and Norse counterpart.

Yeah, its anticlimax and abrupt.
So go drink something, get a little tipsy and read this again.
It will seem really hilarious then.

**It sounds like it came into being via a pentagon, some candles and some mumblings. Then, Poof, one day it was on the internet.
Who needs html?
