Eliot Smith - Oh well, okay
There is something to be said about listening to his music, knowing minutes after this album, he committed suicide.
What he must have been thinking , when he wrote this song.

1) I wonder whether people read my blog and get annoyed just as I get annoyed reading some people's blog by virtue that the person writing it is annoying. And hence, makingthe blog more annoying than it actually is.
2)Heath Ledger is white and my family may never accept him. ( Set aside the fact, that he and I will never be. We're starcrossed)
3) How come I never see Indian Versions of Heath Ledger ( then again, I am definitely no Beyonce myself.)
4) That the law toilets are never flushed. I KNOW ITS FUCKING AUTOMATIC BUT YOU DON'T JUST STAND IN A ESCALATOR THAT DOESN'T MOVE AND SAY "OH BUT IT'S AUTOMATIC". YOU WALK. So, if the toilet ain't flushed, WAIT, and flush it. COMMON COURTESY

Since Hani thinks my previous post smacks of high browed avant garde intelligence,
I'll tell you something to mitigate this.
I have walked barefoot in the library for the whole of this evening =)
Ssshhhhh.
(then again, eccentricity is a reflection of genius.
too bad then )

Inspired by "On Art and life - John Ruskin"
Isn't it ironic that darkness, which is considered to be exotic is but a monotony. A monotony inspired by the absence of light. There are no varying shades of darkness, there are only varying shades of light. That which is considered to be exotic depends on the mundane, light. The mundane has variety and the exotic, a dull monotony.
But then again, isn't that true of everything? Because to consider something exotic, there needs to be a standard to compare it with, a standard that it has to exceed to then be deemed as exotic. And the minimum threshold of that standard would be monotony. Once monotony is absent, variety is present and what that is different is exotic.
But its ironic yet again. Because light is too common and darkness, not.

Elbow - Red
YES! Prison Break is FINALLY coming to Singapore. Well, in August. But I guess I can wait.
I don't have the urge to blog for now. So, till the raging hormones for blogging come back, I'm on a break.
Eat a Kit kat in between =)
(you know, have a break, have a Kitkat?!?)
